Love where you learn

Loving where you learn is easy in Ashland as we provide many activities that turn learning into a fun adventure. Not only can learning be loveable, but it can also provide a community that shares a love for knowledge, embarking on a journey that never truly ends. We hope to inspire a fun night of learning that’s fit for everyone!

The Boyd County Public Library includes not only a wide variety of books and entertainment, but events and activities as well. “Baby and me” is a program designed to introduce babies and toddlers to the library and socialization. Storytime is a fan-favorite for 2-5 year olds, including stories, activities, and a craft. Along with this, The Boyd County Public Library hosts book clubs for adults as well.

Historic Walking Tour (self-guided) Ashland’s Historic Self-Guided Walking Tour provides a unique learning experience, featuring the commercial and residential areas that played an important role in the development of the City of Ashland. Starting at Central Park, going through historic houses, churches, businesses, and the Native American Mounds, pull up The Historic Walking Tour on our website to learn as you go!
